I
have a passionate interest in film and multimedia, and I've produced,
edited, written, and directed several short documentary films
on artists. Currently I'm working on a project about the life
and work of poet James Dickey.

Dougherty.
For several years, I worked as a multimedia online content editor
for an online project called The New Georgia Encyclopedia. During
my career at NGE, I shot, produced, and edited over one hundred
interviews with living Georgia artists and writers. I produced
numerous one minute video clips, about various topics ranging
from politics to baseball, that were generally made from archival
film and video footage.
