I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my wife, jennifer Cruse-Sanders, and a our daughter, Tallulah Rose Sanders. Before moving to Atlanta, I taught Creative-Writing at Salem College, where I was the Visiting Writer for a couple of years.
I was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. Jennifer spent most of her life in Cleveland, Ohio. We met at college, Boston University, and since then we've bounced around the country. Most recently, we lived in Los Angeles, California and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
